Love this idea - git log is not the friendliest interface to your history of commits, and using a query language instead opens up a lot of avenues to explore the list of commits in a friendlier way. I wish someone would write a nicer front end for git - the back end is beautiful, but the is pretty inconsistent and gnarly.
