Re comments I'd like to encourage that too, though want to encourage the right sort of comments, not just me too ones or jokes. Hopefully as the site grows this will come with time - there are always far more people lurking and reading than writing on this sort of site. We've now got 800 registered users, and regular posters of links, so things are moving in the right direction. There have been a few good discussions in the past on topics like contexts or web dev.
