Yes I like that they keep it open-source as well as hosted - I think this is the best strategy for a services company, rather than trying to hide the source or make it difficult to self-host. It aligns everyone's incentives and let's you charge a fair amount for the service people really want as a business - they don't want to have to think about running these things and are happy to pay for it. The support costs of a free tier probably outweigh the benefits.
Anyway, this looks interesting to see another CI server pop up. I've just been looking at CircleCI, so will be having a look at this as well - I like that they run go-specific tests for things - https://gopherci.io/#features
This is paid plans only but there is a self-host option so I guess I might look at that.
